Hall of Fame!

This past weekend we attended the Hall of Fame Induction at the Wells Fargo Sports Complex. There were two inductees, one for Men's basketball and the other was an Alpine Ski coach here at UAA. Both of these men gave great speeches and left us all with some words of advice, to always follow your dreams!! Here is a picture of our team after the ceremony.

Already through the 4th week of school...O how time flies when your a Seawolf gymnast!

Hello All Seawolf fans!!

This week of practice went by super fast. We have been doing lots of basics and skills in order to get back into shape. I think most of us are finally past that stage of soreness that we all experience after not practicing quite as much over the summer. This weekend, instead of Saturday practice the team went on a hike up Flat Top. It just made for an extra long day of cardio! The weather was beautiful and it was a perfect day for some team bonding!! Hopefully we will have some pictures posted for you soon :)
